Training
All engineers are directly employed CSCS Registered Lightning Conductor Engineers.
A comprehensive training plan is in place ensuring operatives are trained to the highest standard. Engineers are certified in safe working at height, industrial rope access, abrasive wheels, manual handling, cable detection, MEWPS, aluminium tower scaffold, NRSWA, safe earth testing, thermowelding and first aid.

- Dumfries and Galloway Training Group
Lightning Protection services gained ROSPA Occupational Safety Awards in 2006, and 2007.
